Superb service and relaxed elegance are the trademarks at the historic Hotel Jerome. A long-time favorite with Aspen's old-money crowd, the Jerome occupies an 1889 landmark brick building constructed during Colorado's silver heyday. Rooms are individually decorated with period antiques, double-marble vanities and baths with oversized tubs at this intimate and romantic option.
Beds feature lots of pillows and fluffy, feather-down comforters for cold winter nights. If you just want to chill, sink into one of the armchairs facing Aspen Mountain. The hotel also has a great restaurant and lobby, where a hand-carved fireplace is the centerpiece and guests dine on fish and game served by friendly waiters.
