If you can make it down valley about 8 miles, do so. This local hangout was the favorite watering hole of late gonzo journalist Hunter S Thompson, and quite a few other celebrities, too. There's cheap beer on tap, walls jam-packed with stuff, and a vibe that's just like the bar back home.
