When it first opened, this storefront cafe seemed a bit too theme-oriented to last. Soy, after all, isn’t the sexiest selling point. But here it stands, several years later – a cool corner filled with hip locals (who love the free wi-fi), a flood of sunlight, and a counter bursting with compelling snacks and creative beverages.
