The Buckhorn Exchange serves seasoned and deep-fried bull testicles as the house special. The restaurant does a mean basket of crispy fried bulls balls, which is exactly what one should expect from Denver's oldest steakhouse. In operation since 1893, it's had more than a century to perfect the art of testicle frying.
