Looking for tips on inexpensive but clean lodgings (we DO NOT need amenities like TV), best roads (Hwy 1?), places to hike (we're fairly…

Adventure Activities In Los Angeles In July.

I am planning a trip for a group through the united states spending 6 days in Los Angeles and 5 days in NYC. Most of my itinerary is filled with cool stuff to do but I have one free day in Los Angeles and would love to get out with the group and do something very adventurous/adrenaline packed if possible.

Are there are good websites/links to anything we could do for a day in and around the Los Angeles area. Really after the most mind bending action packed adventures we can find?

Any…

How much is there to do in Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, and how long should we spend there?
Also, where is good in New England to visit with good activities/ beaches? We were looking at…
