Lonely Planet review
The hippest hotel in town, this slick, remodeled motel is within walking distance of downtown and right next to Doug Fir, a top-notch live music venue. Standard rooms are tiny – go for the Metropolitan instead, and ask for a pad away from the bamboo patio if you're more into sleeping than staying up late. Kitchenettes and bike rentals available; check in after midnight for a discount.
