HI - Portland - Northwest
Lonely Planet review
Perfectly located between the Pearl District and NW 21st and 23rd Aves, this friendly and clean hostel takes up four old buildings and features plenty of common areas (including a small deck) and bike rentals. Dorms are spacious and private rooms can be as nice as in hotels, though all share outside bathrooms. Non-HI members pay $3 extra.
Our independent authors have visited HI - Portland - Northwest and selected this as one of our recommended hostels in Portland.

If you are tired of walking, catch the streetcar or MAX. The airport MAX train stops 5 short blocks away from the hostel (get off at Jeld-Wen Field Station - formerly PGE Park).
