A good spot to pop into a gallery is 111 Front Street Galleries, with 13 galleries keeping open hours Wednesday through Sunday, or Dumbo Arts Center. The feather in the center’s cap is its Dumbo Arts Under the Bridge Festival, a three-day event in late September with sidewalk performances (art and rock music) and open doors to many galleries in the area; some 200,000 people attend.
