This hipster-saturated warehouse restaurant in Bushwick consistently produces some of the best pizza in New York. Service can be lackadaisical and the waits long (lunch is best), but the brick-oven pies are the right combination of chewy and fresh. The classic margherita is sublimely simple, though more adventurous palates can opt for the seasonal hits like Speckenwolf (mozzarella, speck, crimini and onion).
