One of a handful of unpretentious NYC restaurants combining Peruvian and Chinese cuisine, Flor de Mayo is a favorite of locals from neighborhoods north and south of here. It's somewhat hectic at dinnertime, but it's the place for choosing between egg foo young and ceviche de pescado?
