Lonely Planet review

A sweet play on words (‘bite’ or ‘bayit’ means ‘house’ in Hebrew), this tribute to the hummus homeland is a no-frills snacking spot that whips up light, Med-inspired fare amid wood-paneled surrounds. Go for one of the pressed paninis – the eggplant pesto is a veggie’s dream – and wash it down with a muddy, home-brewed coffee.
