Come and hang at the bar even if you don't feel like eating - you'll have a hard time not ordering something once the plates of edamame, ginger calamari, black mussels in curry broth and big juicy burgers start going by. Maybe if you fix your attention on the DJ spinning cool tunes in the corner, you can resist - but why try?

    Eatery - great cocktails, cute waiters and food to boot!

    It's your first night in the Big Apple and as you walk into Eatery the Carrie Bradshaw in you can't help but order a Cosmopolitan. Nice choice! The watermelon margarita is also a stand out. The drinks at this ultra cool bar/restaurant are divine and made with a lot of love. The cute male waiters don't hurt either.

    The Hommus with pita is tasty and an ideal starter (though after the cosmo everything is tasting just that bit nicer). The salads are a large serving size for this Sydney-sider and make for an ideal main - the grilled Asian salad is fresh and delightful. The baby greens salad was a little mundane but again a great serving size.

    Eatery has an uber-cool atmosphere, "casual" in that truly New York-high effort but appearing casual - kind of way.
