Brass Monkey
While most Meatpacking District bars tend toward the chic, the Monkey is more for beer lovers than those worrying about what shoes to wear. At first step in, the multifloor Monkey is at-ease and down-to-earth, with squeaking wood floors and a nice long list of beers and scotch. The roof deck is a fine destination in warm weather.
