Hosting anniversary dates for half a century (and plenty of old-timers are still coming), the classy Beekman Tower’s rooftop bar and restaurant puts its tables by the big windows that look over Queens’ retro Pepsi-Cola sign and Midtown’s twinkling soul. There are outdoor seats, too, you smoking heathen.
