Jazzy and cool, with cubby booths, candles and vintage sepia prints reviving the jazz heyday, Tillman’s is a bit dressed up – they will take your jacket up front (and often help you put it on) – but this Harlem import has a ‘mingle o’er early-evening martini’ ($12) vibe that sucks you in.
