    The Riverwalk

    diabolic21 recommends this,

The Riverwalk is a big New Orleans themed mall which is cool if you like New Orleans. Located along side the Mighty Mississippi, (and about a mile from Bourbon Street) there are a couple of photo ops and many stores to check out. It's located right next to the Aquarium and Harris Casino so it's centrally located if you're planning to see the sights. If you're looking for some good N.O food check out the food court where you have 4 or 5 shops serving Po Boys, Jambalaya, and out Louisiana fairs, but to get to it you have to be up for the half mile walk. since the food court is located at the back of the Area. But you will entertained by the many different shops on the way there (check out the shop that sells all the crazy hot sauce!). I went after the 09 Super Bowl so it was Saints fan haven since most of the store sold Saints themed items. Parking is crazy! $20 if you park in any of the open parking lots, your best bet is to park in the parking deck next to the Aquarium since it is cheaper, but they still charge by the hour. my last two hour visit was only about $7-9. There is a fountain and a riverboat located there so it's a good place to visit. Remember that this is pretty much a New Orleans themed mall and you'll be good to go.
