Bon Ton Café information
Whoa, where did all these people come from? Bon Ton looks low-key and stuffy beneath its Magazine St awnings, but step through the door at lunchtime and you’d think half of downtown is here. This classy but sassy joint, an old-style Cajun restaurant that’s been open for half a century, maintains an old-school menu of redfish, rice, steak and lots of butter.
Don’t pass on the rum-soaked bread pudding.
