No Big Easy here!

So, was looking for something unusual to do while in NOLA this year. Decided to take short course class. It was fun and the instructor was great! Stephen! Normally I would totally recommend this place to anyone but after dealing with "the mother" who supposedly is in charge but will not give you her name and refused to give any contact info I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT NOT NOT RECOMMEND taking any classes here. They seem to have this "we don't care" attitude in the way they handle any issue, comment or concern and act as if WE are lucky they are allowing us to be in their presence. They were not real helpful in locating our items we made while we were there since we could not take them with us when we left. I could not believe the attitude by this lady and her absolute arrogance. Again, Stephen was great but her attitude and arrogance ruined the whole experience for me. They are not easy going or laid back at this "schoo" which I think is just a front for the retail business of selling the glass items so she can keep some special tax sttus maybe. Anyway mY OPINION IS TO NOT TAKE ANY CLASSES AT THIS PLACE .
