This tiny trailer, the somehow more delicious offspring of the fancy-ish El Paragua next door, is as local as it gets. Order at least two chicken-guacamole tacos – handfuls of greasy goodness – or the succulent carne adovada (pork in red chile), then eat in the shaded parking lot alongside. They’ve opened other branches, but this is still the best.
