Inn On Cove Hill

This is a Federal-style house built in 1791 with, so they say, pirates’ gold discovered nearby. It has been lovingly restored down to the tiniest detail. Doubles have wide-plank hardwood floors, ornate moldings and canopy beds.

Bearskin Neck Motor Lodge

The only lodging on Bearskin Neck is this motel-style lodge near the end of the strip. Needless to say, every room has a great view and a balcony from where you can enjoy it. Otherwise, the rooms are pretty plain and probably overpriced.

Captain’S Bounty Motor Inn

The draw here is the prime location, right on Front Beach and only a few minutes’ stroll from Dock Sq. The 24 rooms are simple, but they all have lovely views of the dawn over the beach and local lobstermen checking their traps.
