Getting there & away
The easiest way to reach the Adams National Historic Park from Boston is to take the Red Line to Quincy Center (Braintree line). The MBTA Harbor Express (617-222-6999; www.harborexpress.com) also operates a high-speed catamaran that travels between Long Wharf in Boston and Quincy Terminal (adult/child/senior $6/free/3, 90 minutes, every half-hour).
If you are traveling by car, drive south from Boston on I-93 to exit 12 and follow the signs over the Neponset Bridge. Take Hancock St into Quincy Center.
