Cutting-edge convenience is the buzzword at this centerpiece downtown hotel. A favorite of the high-end business crowd, the Westin's connected to Rhode Island's convention center on one side and to the city's most upscale shopping mall on the other.
Providence's volley into the big leagues, the Westin exudes elegance from its glass-domed rotunda to its stylish rooms. The key here is to book into the tower wing: about a third of the hotel's 564 rooms are in this sleek 32-story edifice, opened in the summer of 2007.
