Chef Wayne's Big Mamou
Don't be fooled by its meager appearance – this hole in the wall serves up fabulous home-style Cajun fare. Highlights include the barbecued pulled pork, crayfish quesadillas and blackened catfish. One caveat: you'll want to get there early at dinner, especially on weekends, when lines form outside the door. Reservations are not taken. You can BYO alcohol.
