   Bravo to the Bina family for opening this innovative and experimental Italian restaurant in the heart of downtown. Normally ‘Italian’ and ‘experimental’ don’t go together, but here you have the old familiar flavors in unexpected combinations, sometimes topped with unrecognizable foams and gels. Bright lighting and minimalist décor are also a welcome surprise. If you’re curious, come for the Tasting Tuesdays, featuring five cocktails for $15.
