So, what can you do to get great travel advice?
1. Do your homework

Hi Guys. Another ESTA question here. I know theres a lot but do need help.
Basically Im from uk, I went to peru last summer and had to connect in Atlanta. Because of this I put yes for in transit to another country. On the way back I stopped in Atlanta again to connect but had 10 hour wait so went out into Atlanta. I asked a number of people at customs who said that was fine.
In two weeks I'm going to Las Vegas for 5 nights and then on to Cancun for 7. My question is and the thing that's…
Hi Fellow travellers,
Krissy & I are 30 year old Aussie's travelling in June 2016. We're starting in Nashville for the CMA festival from there our trip is roughly as follows;
Memphis | New Orleans | Austin | Dallas | Oklahoma | Amarillo | Albuquerque | Flagstaff | Grand Canyon | Vegas | LA.
We're hiring a car and have no pre-booked accommodation so we can spend more time where we want, when we want.
We're small town girls and majority of our trip will be spent through Texas and Route 66. We're…
We have two weeks holiday and have decided on America! We will be visiting Washington DC as we have friends there.
We want to visit one or two other places too but aren't sure where - not NY as we've been before.
We had thought about Boston but aren't sure if there's not much to see/do. Nashville/Memphis is another option as is New Orleans. We've also mentioned Philadelphia and Baltimore.
With just two weeks time is quite right but we are happy to do internal flights.
A friend and I (from Canada and France) are going to Yosemite from Sacramento on the 7th til the 9th. We have an airbnb with one available place and we will rent a car in Sacramento, don't hesitate to contact me if you are interested!
Also if you are interested in going to some National parks around Las Vegas (Death Valley, Grand Canyon and more) in May (maybe June), we also plan to rent a car from Las Vegas and we have one or two available seats!
See you maybe!
Hey - just thought I'd post this reliable link to the Sierra Club's schedule of activities - for those of you who might be in SoCal and want to hike with others. You can of course find groups and scheduled hikes on meetup but you don't really know what you're getting.
The Sierra Club dayhikes are open to members and non-members - and it's really worth hitting the trail with experienced folks from all, ahem, walks of life (college students, aerospace engineers, super-fit retirees). Hikes are…
