With ski-lodge ambience in the middle of Nashville's trendy Elliston Place, the Hampton Inn has more character then the average chain hotel and offers standard rooms and huge suites.
The chalet-like lobby has leather club chairs, a fireplace, and free coffee, which can be a bit jarring when stepping off a hot Nashville street in the middle of summer. The staff are very friendly and while the standard rooms are nothing special, the suites are as big as many apartments, with living areas, full kitchens, and flatscreen TVs. Some even have old-fashioned four-poster beds. Wireless Internet and parking are free, and there's a gym and a business center with computers and printers. A complimentary breakfast includes hot entrees.
