In the middle of Little Havana is a surreal outdoor monster menagerie of vampires and mummies guarding a cavernous yet claustrophobic ‘House of Costumes.’ Because nothing completes the Little Havana experience like a cubano (Cuban sandwich), a cigar and a Bo Peep outfit.
