Rascal House
- Miami, USA
- Restaurants › Deli
A parking lot attendant meets you in a golf cart to whisk you to the front door. Inside, Wolfie Cohen's nostalgic 1954 Miami eatery has sassy service, classic swivel stools at the counter and Naugahyde booths. Relish the roast brisket, latkes, blintzes, beet borscht and Lake Erie whitefish salad. The grilled salmon and Reuben sandwiches are also reliable.
Every single thing is homemade and it's all available for take-out. But you're coming for the atmosphere, right?

Sam’s Deli & Grill
- Miami, USA
- Restaurants › Deli
‘It’s good, ’ says the Israeli, with typical Sabra (Israeli Jew) understatement, walking out of what looks like a rabbi convention. Sam’s holds the title for most popular deli on South Beach, evidenced by round-the-clock crowds noshing matzo ball soup, brisket and the excellent New Yorker: turkey and corned beef piled on rye and dripping with Russian dressing.

Lots of Lox
- Miami, USA
- Restaurants › Deli
In a city with no shortage of delis, especially in mid–Miami Beach, who would have thought some of the best chopped liver on rye could be found in this unassuming place all the way down in Palmetto Bay? It is bustling, it is friendly and the excellent lunch meats sneer at their cousins over on Arthur Godfrey Rd, secure in their dominance of Greater Miami’s deli ranks.

Secret Sandwich Co
- Miami, USA
- Restaurants › Deli
Spy-themed gourmet sandwiches? Hey, we can dig it, especially when the goods include the Bay of Pig (thin-sliced pork with onion and mojo marinade). That cute covert-ops gimmick runs through the menu, all the way to half-pound burgers and very fresh salads.

Jerry's Famous Deli
- Miami, USA
- Restaurants › Deli
Jerry's does it all - from pastrami melts to Chinese chicken salad to fettuccine Alfredo - and does it all day long. It also does it big, with huge portions served in a large, open, deco space.
