Visas
A reciprocal visa-waiver program applies to citizens of certain countries – the UK, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and all Western European countries (except Greece). Citizens of these countries may enter the USA for stays of 90 days or less without having to obtain a visa, but make sure you have a machine-readable passport issued after October 26, 2006; otherwise, you’ll need a stamped visa. ***For information on the updated requirements for the Visa Waiver Program see the US Visa section of this website.***
Other travelers (except Canadians) will need to obtain a visa from a US consulate or embassy. All foreign travelers require valid passports to enter the USA.
