Lonely Planet review for Metromover
This elevated, electric monorail is hardly big enough to serve the mass transit needs of the city, and has become something of a tourist attraction and occasional commuting tool. Because it's free, Metromover has also become a hangout for the homeless, making the monorail an interesting place to gain insights into both the exterior and interior (and grittier) character of the city.
