    Vegetarian-Friendly Award-Winning Burger Joint

    There are actually several Huey's locations in Memphis, and the most-hip one is in Midtown on Madison. They serve drinks and have wone the "best burger in Memphis" honor many, many years running. The establishment is both non-smoking AND vegetarian-friendly. That's right, for an extra $0.50 or so, any of the burgers can be served as a veggie burger (or turkey burger if you're into that sort of thing). The fries are of the large, steak-fry variety, and they have a decent salad.

    This is a great place to stop in before a night on Beale to get a great burger or sandwich. The apetizers are great too. I loved the decorations! It was cool to look at all the stuff on the walls. There are like a million toothpicks in the ceiling from people shooting them up there. If you ever go shooting a toothpick into the ceiling is a must!
