    Excellent Ballpark, Excellent Food

    arestotts recommends this,

Let me provide a disclaimer: I am not really a baseball fan. I do like the social-ness of going to a baseball game, though, so I'm always happy to go. The Redbirds have a most excellent, above-average stadium right in the middle of downtown Memphis, and the food at this stadium is above-average. They have kosher hotdogs, veggie trays, and wine! The best seats when the sun is out are on under the 2nd tier where there is shade. The best place to park when going to see the Redbirds is Parking Can Be Fun just west of the stadium on Union Avenue. There are activities for kids, and you can get a ticket to sit on "the grassy knoll" for only $5/person! Go Redbirds! (The Redbirds are the AAA-affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals.)
