Malibu's cultural star is the Getty Villa, a replica Roman villa that's a fantastic showcase of Greek, Roman and Etruscan antiquities. Admission is by timed ticket (no walk-ins). Parking is $10.

    Fantastic!

    I rode here on my motorcycle while touring the continent. You have to buy advanced tickets, but parking (for motorcycles) is free, and entrance is free. Inside you'll see tons of Getty's collections of sculptures and his incredible Villa grounds and gardens. It's better to visit this place before the Getty Center on Sepulveda, but it's no crime if you hit this place second.
