While lazy ceiling fans, exposed-brick walls and embroidered tapestries create the illusion of faraway travels, it’s chef Santokh Singh’s tenderly flavored regional specialties – chicken tikka masala, shrimp curry vindaloo, garlic naan – that make the journey complete.
