One of our favorite kitchens in Venice offers light, healthy and tasty Asian fusion. At lunch get the basic bowl, which combines brown rice, marinated cucumber, sprouts and other veggies with grilled chicken, salmon or tofu. At dinner they do a range of seafood mains, braised rabbit and delicious house-made pork sausage served in chic, minimalist environs.
