Ride the retro wave on the cheap at this slicked up 52-room 1950s motel near the Original Farmers Market and Grove. Rooms are just above basic and the pool tiny, but the attached Swingers diner (mains $5 to $11) makes colossal burgers and wicked Bloody Marys.
