Feast on wood-fired pizzas, salads and pastas, or make a meal of the antipasti platter with scallops wrapped in pancetta, baked eggplant, truffled cheeses and more. Delectable, fresh-baked breakfast goodies such as lemon-pecan scones are also available at ll Fornaio Paneterria, near the hotel lobby.

    Well, when in Las Vegas food that isn't bought specifically "buffet style" tends to run on the expensive side. However, this can be an alternative restaurant with moderate prices ($ 10-45). It is inside New York, New York and not in the best location of the casino. It looks as if it was an afterthought because it is hidden away in the back corner; this is not to say that it does not look nice on the outside but inside it is a bit of a tight squeeze. I was there trying to get a table around eight o'clock and I ended up waiting for forty-five minutes. I suppose in Vegas however this is not such a long time to wait for dinner. I sat down with my family and they brought us bread and our drinks promptly. Then we had to wait way too long for the waiter to come back and take our order. But when he finally came, he brought us our food our promptly afterwards, which considering how long the experience had already taken was good. I had a pizza with tomatoes and basil. The pizza was warm when it was brought out and it was cooked to the right extent. My mom had a Caesar salad which had crisp lettuce and the dressing was not too anchovy tasting. We were not rushed while we were eating which was nice. They came right after we were done eating and checked on us. When we were done they cleared our plates immediately and brought our check out. Overall the experience was very good. Pros: The restaurant was immaculate. Cons: the bathrooms were outside and you had to walk back into the casino to get to them. (This is typical but still frustrating.)
