With its 360-degree panoramas and sci-fi decor, the Palms’ 55th-floor watering hole pulls in a clubby crowd thick with hip-hop stars and pro athletes. The lineup of hoochie mamas and wannabe gangstas can be tiresome, but the views are to die for. Dress to kill.
