Lonely Planet review
More like a boutique backpacker hostel than an actual hotel, this mod property on a side street one block from the beach is cheery enough. Bare-bones, thin-walled rooms that look like an IKEA showroom have bunked twin, double or queen-size beds and come with tech amenities such as iPod docking stations, flat-screen TVs and DVD players. Upper-floor deluxe rooms with lanai are roomier. Coin-op laundry on-site. Limited self-parking($15 per night).
Our independent authors have visited Stay Waikiki and selected this as one of our recommended hostels in Waikiki.
