An ever-popular setting for weddings, the picturesque Little Blue Church practically sits on the water. Made of clapboard and a corrugated-tin roof in the 1880s, the church was moved from White Sands Beach to its current site in 1912. This site was once an ancient Hawaiian temple, Kuʻemanu Heiau. Hawaiian royalty, who surfed at the northern end of Kahaluʻu Bay, paid their respects at the church before hitting the waves.

To get here, stop on the makai (seaward) side of Aliʻi Dr, just north of the 5-mile marker.
