Lonely Planet review
Smack in downtown, this inn is a row of former plantation-worker houses converted into 20 small, clean, very affordable rooms, all with private bathroom and kitchenette. Decor varies; pleasing touches (fluffy towels, stained glass) are combined with secondhand bureaus and furniture displaying various nicks and scratches. There's a three-night minimum stay.
Our independent authors have visited Island Paradise Inn and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Pahoa.
