Lonely Planet review

One of Oʻahu’s big-gun chefs, Alan Wong offers his creative interpretations of Hawaii Regional Cuisine inside an office building with, sadly, no view. Extra emphasis goes on fresh seafood and local produce, especially at the chef’s bimonthly Oʻahu Farmer Series Dinners. Skip the daily tasting menus. Instead order Wong’s time-tested signature dishes such as ginger-crusted onaga (red snapper), Kona lobster seafood stew and twice-cooked kalbi (short ribs). Make reservations for in-demand tables weeks in advance. Valet parking $5.
