Keʻanae Arboretum information
For a pleasant stroll through amazing tropical flora, pull over 0.6 miles after the 16-mile marker for the Keʻanae Arboretum. The trail here follows the Piʻinaʻau Stream past magnificent shade trees and other plants, much of it labeled by name and country of origin. It's a lovely side trip that takes about 30 minutes total.
Park opposite the entrance gate and follow the paved trail. It turns to dirt and finally grows in after you hit a fence. The trail is 0.6 miles one way.
