The best value is lunch, from a ⅓lb Kobe beef burger to a bento of teriyaki beef, mango-glazed chicken and fish tempura. Dinners highlight fish, eg pan-seared 'ahi with peanut-miso sauce. Skip the overpriced breakfasts but splurge on the decadent Sunday brunch around US$55.
