Lonely Planet review
Centrally located just north of Lihuʻe, this 350-room resort lacks the Marriott’s lively location on Kalapaki Beach, but does offer a quieter setting, including three miles of rural beach for strolling along, and lower rates with no resort fees (amen). Cheap car rentals ($32/day) also keep the client’s wallet in mind. Renovated rooms are all similarly styled. Amenities include four pools to keep the kids occupied (one with a slide), three restaurants, nightly entertainment and a spa. Complimentary shuttle service to Coconut Marketplace in Wailua and Kukui Grove in Lihuʻe.
