Galileo

well galileo is great when it comes to certain things like uniquness of their food and quality and the general atmosphere. They have different food like my favourite norwegian salmon, as well as other specialities like fried olives(more than 3 varities) and hummus and red pepper dipps. Also  its a nice place to come with ur friends as galileo and the neigboring paseo have a great atmosphere to sit and feels more like a lounge bar.I feel i always have a great time coming here.

Galileo is a great place to go and hang out with friends.  There's usually entertainment including poetry readings, open mic nights and local bands. Dine on wonderful pizza, pasta and sandwiches along with other entrees such as Grilled Salmon or an 8 oz Beef Tenderloin.  The Galileo Dip sampler is a great starter with a sampling of hummus, salsa and red pepper dip.  Create your own pizza with a huge number of toppings or try the Chipotle Chicken Kabobs.  Casual atmosphere with an artistic crowd as regulars.
