Family-owned since it opened in 1905, Columbia Restaurant is the oldest restaurant in Florida and legitimately historical. It's a gaudy, glitzy place many people write off as a tourist trap. We think it's worth a visit, for the paella à la Valenciana alone. The flamenco shows should whip you up into the required mood.
