Tampa's landmark restaurant serves some of the best steaks east of the west. Downstairs, the slick atmosphere is heavy on red velvet, gold leaf and statuary. Upstairs, where all patrons head for sweets in the cigar-friendly dessert room, the tables are made from redwood wine casks. Reservations recommended.
