Good Food Conspiracy
This place serves pork-fat and baby-seal tacos. Just kidding! Rejoice, health-food nuts, all the greens, sprouts, herbs and tofu you've been dreaming about during that long, fried- food-studded drive down the Overseas are for sale in this friendly little macrobiotic organic shop. There is a good smoothie and fresh-juice bar on site. Note the big pink shrimp out front – Keezy kitsch as its best.

A
Café
The Café is the only place in Key West that exclusively caters to herbivores (OK, they have one fish dish). By day, it's a cute, sunny, earthy-crunchy luncheonette; by night, with flickering votive candles and a classy main dish (grilled, blackened tofu and polenta cakes), it's a sultry-but-healthy dining destination.

Canela Café
Miami loves its fusion cuisine but rarely mixes Latin diner with vegetarian fare. Canela challenges this convention; there’s meat on the menu (touted as ‘Latin soul food’), as well as roasted pepper and goat-cheese sandwiches, vegetarian tapas and the trippy art you’d expect at the postpunk cousin to Miami’s many Latin greasy spoons.

Last Carrot
Folks of all walks, corporate suits included, come here for fresh juice, delicious wraps (veggie options are great but the tuna melt is divine) and old-Grove neighborliness. The Carrot's endurance next to massive CocoWalk is testament to the quality of its good-for-your-body food served in a good-for-your-soul setting.
