We love the idea at this place – pick out a few cheeses with the help of the staff and have them assemble a platter for you with fresh bread, candied walnuts, cornichons or whatever other accoutrement you so desire. There are also nice sandwiches, spreads and preserves, but for our money you can't beat a perfect lunch here of fermented dairy goodness.
